Welcome to Cromdale in the Cairngorms National Park.
Here you will find information about what's going on in Cromdale and at Cromdale Village Hall We are delighted to have received grant money to restore our lovely Cromdale Hall. Lawsons (the builders) have refurbished the hall & given it a lovely new lick of paint, and have upgraded the electrics, plus much more. And we have grand plans for concerts and productions in the future – which will involve putting up special sound absorption panels, drapes and lighting, to make the hall sound and look lovely for live events. PRESS RELEASECromdale Hall is proud to announce that they have received a grant of £9,643 from the Cairngorms Community Led Vision Fund to purchase Light and Sound Equipment for the Hall. This involves Stage lights, microphones, and a professional sound and light desk plus front of stage velvet curtains. A venue rivalling the London Palladium! It is hoped that this will attract touring shows and acts and also add a touch of glamour. A well known comedian has already booked the Hall for a one nighter. Also the Vestry Players are planning a spring pantomime to lift spirits and a community play is planned for next summer. Watch this space.
